Central Susquehanna Builders Show

A must attend event for the new home builders/buyers! This is the place to get all the information you need to build your home just the way you want it. The show takes place at the Bloomsburg Fairgrounds every February.

Early Bird Boating & Fishing Show

4 Wheel & Off Road Jamboree

Any body who is any body in the 4 wheeling arena will be in attendance! This is Bloomsburg�s second largest yearly event held in July at the Bloomsburg Fairgrounds. Pennsylvania Grand Canyon

Bloomsburg Fair

You wont find a fair bigger, more popular, or with more history than this one. This is Bloomsburg�s largest event drawing vendors and participants from many states. Food, games, rides, main stage entertainment featuring popular Country, Rock and Christian acts by Variety Attractions, and Free band shell shows such as the ever popular �Elvis� are just a few of the attractions.

Ricketts Glen State Park

If you are looking for the perfect place to hike and or camp, look no further. Ricketts Glen is bountiful with 22 breath taking waterfalls, hiking / biking / equestrian trails, cross-country skiing, ice climbing, swimming, fishing, boating, snowmobiling and campsites for those who want to rough it in a tent or those who are more partial to cabins or want to bring their own campers.

PPL Montour Preserve

This preserve has 966 acres with 165- acre lake for fishing and non-motorized or electric motors only boating; hiking, picnicking, bird watching and environmental education. Groups are encouraged. 570-437-3131.

State Game Lands

Columbia County offers excellent hunting for white-tailed deer, black bears and wild turkeys as well as waterfowl, ruffed grouse and squirrels. All game lands have extensive trail systems and free parking.

Covered Bridges

Columbia and Montour counties contain a rich heritage. Visitors will find the third largest concentration of covered bridges in the state of PA. Columbia County is the home of the only twin covered bridge in the United States; they were constructed in 1884 and named after John Paden who operated a nearby sawmill. Covered Bridge & Arts Festival

Unique crafts of all kinds can be found at this richly populated festival! You are sure to find a gift for everyone on your shopping list. Hosted at Knoebel�s Amusement Park in Elysburg the first weekend in October, the festival promises great food and a fantastic time for all.
